Woahhh Food !!!

I went to a Pasar Malam aka Night Market just now in the evening. Woah I saw so many different kinds of delicious food that was being sold there. Man my saliva was gonna drip haha =D

I had a hard time resisting all the looking good food...
I bought Uncle Bob Fried chicken, a pack of dumplings and a cup of Longan drink aka Mata Kucing.
I felt like buying all the food I saw there but nah i resisted them. They are Salt baked Chicken, Pandan Leaf Chicken, Fried Chicken, Tako-Tako, Fried Sotong, Taiwanese Sausages, Lok Lok, Fried Ice Cream, Bubble Tea and so many more...
See...If I were to buy them all, I'm sure I'll waste the food and it was so damn TEMPTING =s

Trust me, if u wanna crave for some good food with different varieties, u have to take a walk at any Pasar Malams especially the one at SS2's every Monday evening =)

Pulau Redang 07 wheeee !!!

Redang Trip 07 (Day 1)
Yup this is my second Redang Trip. The first Redang trip was back in 2006 July. Last year me & cheryl went there with the DJ dudes from TBS. This year I went with my BU homiez who are Hehn,Shu Li,Jordan & Jady,KK & Shang Mei, & also my darling Cheryl.. I've been to Redang with Cheryl for two times, nice..


Pulau Redang 07


This trip was not bad but not as exciting as the first trip in Redang. Maybe its because I've been there, done that. I was the only one in the group who's most familiar with the place, so i had to tour guide them around.


Day1
After the endless 7 hours of bus ride from KL to Kuala Terengganu, we reached Kuala Terengganu with our sleepy faces. This time the Bus stopped us at a different Bus Station (KotaBharu Bus Station), i thought we went to the wrong place but nah it was just a new bus station nearby the Jetty station. When we reached the Jetty Station, I asked the authorities to take care of our bags & luggages because we were going to walk around & find some FOOD for brunch. We were HuNgRy ~

Oh ya, the jetty ticket price to and fro for Berjaya Redang beach resort has gone up to rm100 from 60 i guess. Last year's was cheaper. After 3 hours of waiting, our jetty boat's ready for our departure to Redang Island.

This is all of us excluding Shu Li because she babi wanna sit alone at the corner side.
Her main goal for the trip is, get really tanned...

The current was strong & the jetty boat was speeding. The boat was swinging to the left and right. Jordan made a funny pose when he lost his balance after the boat swung too hard.

At long last we've reached Redang Island after 1 & a half hour of boat ride.

After that, we all got picked up by a Berjaya mini bus and left to the Beach Resort. After having our rooms checked in & stuff, most of us took some rest in our own rooms.

Its dinner time, we boarded the Berjaya mini bus again to a restaurant somewhere out side the resort, which was in the village. It's called Hazme restaurant, the food there is as fine as the first time i ate there last year & the services is still so SLOW !!! Maybe we KL people are used to the rushing life style.

Redang Trip 07 (Day 2)
On the 2nd day. Me,Cheryl,Jordan,Jady & Hehn went for Breakfast buffet. The rest of them din wanna join because they wanna sleep. The breakfast buffet was fine. We "guys" saw a hot white pretty middle age lady at the buffet place & she caught our attentions really well. Hehn was proud to tell us that he met her in her bikinis the day before at the beach, hell lucky !!! haha xD

After breakfast me and Cheryl went to the beach and cam whored !!


Later, the sleepy heads woke up finally & they joined us at the beach. Me & Shu Li had fun with sun tanning. The rest we're sitting on the beach chairs chilling and enjoyed the wind blowing from the ocean. Soon after that all of us went swimming at the beach. The wave was a lil stronger than the previous year because the monsoon season has just ended not long ago, but it was fun getting hit by the waves =p

Erm...





Hehn & Shu Li wanted some challenges so they swam to some big floating object which was very far away from the beach.




During our first night, I brought them to Long beach (Where the famous Laguna Redang Beach Hotel is located at). For ur info Berjaya Redang Beach is a private beach, so we traveled to Long Beach by some mini speed boat. Right before we left for Long Beach, me and Hehn met Mr.Lobster.

If a speeding speed boat meets continuous waves, our butt's gonna be in real pain because the boat will fly up after one wave and when it lands, it hits on the water, again and again.

Finally we were there at Long Beach after the terrible boat ride. The first place we hung out at was MoreMore Tea In for some souvenirs. After shopping and it was picture time !!!

Dinner of the night at Summer Point Restaurant.

After dinner, all of us spent some time alone with our girl friends at the beach & etc. That night was windy, very nice.

When me & my gf were walking at the beach, we saw this bunch of people happily sitting together as friends singing some songs and one of them was playing the guitar to make some music. They looked like they were having fun together =)


Then we met KK & Shang Mei doing this,


Later, Me & cheryl, Kk & Shang Mei the 4 of us started walking together untill we came to this small little beach at the very right of Long Beach. What we discovered at that beach was something called Blue Sand. It's actually some sand blinking in blue colour light. Sounds unbelievable right ?? U have to look for it by rubbing the sands on the beach with one finger, keep doing it till u find one with ur luck. It's rare, but if ur finger hits one of it, then it'll start blinking in blue light untill the light goes off. The light is not permanent and that makes it more rare to be witnessed. Go find out ur self by asking around for Blue Sand k =)

After that, I informed everyone to meet up at MoreMore Tea In because it was time to leave due to the coming bad weather. Ya trust me it's never safe to ride on a mini speed boat if its raining. The wave gets worse. But we all got back to Berjaya Resort, safe and sound. While we were on our way back..


We saw people fishing for baby sharks and they caught some.See i was holding the lil baby sharks....


Redang Trip 07 (Day 3 & 4)
On day 3. It was the day for snorkeling. We all got up in the morning to get ready for our snorkeling trip. The first gayest thing I saw in the morning was this...


Jordan came in wearing a Roxy skirt of his gf's and he was like shaking his butt showing off. He thought I had no camera with me that time, but I had one & took one nice shot of him while he was shaking it xD

After having all those unwanted scenes, it was time for our snorkeling trip.

Ermm...


As expected, we enjoyed the beauty of the ocean. There's all kinds of fishes and corals under water. One of our boat driver dived down to the water and caught a Nemo fish and he kept it in his goggle to show us. Of course he freed that poor lil fish later =) I saw some sea cucumbers & Mr.Boat driver dived down again and took it up to show us. (Oh ya there were 2 boat drivers on our mini boat)


It looked like a Black **** haha =D ( It seriously gets harden when it's off from the water)


We had a few stops at different place for different fishes and corals.
But through out all the stops we been to, we didn't get to see any turtles at all at the Turtle Bay nor anywhere else. Two of our boat drivers were really nice, they felt pity for us & they drove the boat to somewhere deeper for a better chance to find turtles for us. That place was much deeper & the current was stronger, about 50m+ & it was illegal to snorkel there. Its more like a diving zone. But that two boat driver are freaking good at swimming. So what they did for us was one went down to the water holding on the moving boat & looked into the water incase the turtle was under the water. Obviously another guy was driving the boat.




Hehn was like "Wah lan eh this fellow is Skillful"

After 5 minutes of searching, that dude finally found a wild Turtle swimming in the water. It was unbelievable !! That place was very deep so Mr.Boat Driver asked whoever was daring enough, just jump into the water to have a look at the turtle. Shu Li, Wei Hehn & me immediately jumped into the deep water with no doubts for just to catch an eye of that turtle. The rest chickened out, they didn't dare. Hoho we SAW that turtle & we were excited because it was huge & it's like watching discovery channel haha xD. Ive never seen Hehn being so excited before, he was like "Mhhmm Mhhmm + Point Point Point at the turtle !!!!". I think he was trying to give me a signal about "OMG that's the turtle !!"
Poor KK jumped into the water as the last and he was much later, and it was too late for him to see the turtle cause it Chow-ed already.


After our snorkeling trip, we're back to our hotel. But we all din wanna go back into our rooms yet. Some of us went for food, some went to the beach, some of us went some where I duno where =S Yea we were quite exhausted after snorkeling.

During the night, it was our last night in Redang and we all dined in the resort restaurant. The food was ok but we ended up really full. After that we all went back to our own rooms.
Alright, that's about the trip. The next day, we left in the early morning and reached Kuala Terengganu by the jetty boat and then we reached back K.L by bus.

Something new about this trip was that, I saw Blue Sand at Long Beach. I saw real baby sharks and they were in my hands. And also I was having a humongous lobster in my hands. Hrm what else...Oh yea I went with a different bunch of people...So it was, fun still...Love Pulau Redang !!!
